All purchases, including services and skincare products, are completed in person at the time of sale. We do not offer refunds.
However:
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged for store credit only, within 7 days of purchase.
Memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
To request a credit or exchange, contact info@lumiereut.com within 7 days of purchase.
We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate other guests.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
If you have an emergency, contact us—we’ll do our best to work with you.
We do not ship products. All product sales are completed in person at our spa location.
