Select packages and skincare devices offer financing through Affirm. If you choose to apply, your application and financial information is collected and processed directly by Affirm, subject to Affirm’s own privacy policy. We do not have access to your full Affirm application details.

However:
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged for store credit only, within 7 days of purchase.
Memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate other guests.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.

We do not ship or mail products. All items purchased through our online shop — including facial packages, memberships, gift cards, and skincare devices — are paid for online at checkout and picked up in person at our spa location.
